Abstract

ABSTRACT TRIANA AFRIDA. The Correlation between Records Disposition with Work Efficiency on Employee at BIRO OKTROI ROOSSEN Jakarta. Script, Jakarta: Concentration Education of Office Administration, Program Study of Economics Education, Departement Economic and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2014. This study aims to obtain accurate and reliable data regarding perception of records disposition with work efficiency on employee at BIRO OKTROI ROOSSENO. The study was conducted over three months from November 2013 until January 2014. The method used was a survey method with the correlational approach. The sampling technique used is proportional random technique (rondom proportional sampling) with 55 respondents sampled. Collecting X variable data (perception of records disposition) and Y variable data (work efficiency), using likert scale model questionair. Techniques of data analysis in this study begins with the search for a simple regression equation and obtained the regression equation Y = 71.54 + 0.614X, while the analysis of the test requirements normality test on the estimated regression error above X with Y obtained L Liliefors test ((0.101)) <L (0.119). This means that the samples come from normally distributed population. Significance and linearity regression testing using Analysis of Variance table (ANAVA). Test calculations concluded that the linearity regression equation regression models were significant, ie F table count > F table count , ie 27.65 > 4.03 and the also linear; F<F. ie 0.902 < 2.53. The hypothesis is testing the correlation coefficient relationship between variables X and Y with the formula of Pearson Product Moment generating r table of 0,586; This means the relationship between two variables is signifficant. T with a significance of 5.26 and 1,68 t table . Because t count > t, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between perception of records disposition and work efficiency was 0,3429. It can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between perception of records disposition and work efficiency on employee at BIRO OKTROI ROOSSENO,Jakarta.
