Abstract
ABSTRACT DIMAS HASANTRI RAHMAT. 8105112229. The Influence of learning motivation and parents attention toward learning outcomes on Students in SMK Kawula Indonesia Jakarta. Script, Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education, Consentration of Office Administration, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2015. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect between learning motivation and parents attention on learning outcomes in the subject KKPI at SMK Kawula Indonesia. This research was carried out for three months since March 2015 until May 2015. The method of this research is survey method with causality approach. The population in this research were all the students at SMK Kawula Indonesia. The affordable population were all the 10th grade students of the office administration with total 117 students. Sampling techniques used was proportional random sampling, so the sample in this research is amounted 89 respondents. Data collecting technique, were used logging documents, interviews and questionnaires. To get the data results of the study, done by averaged the test result of KKPI subject in 2nd semester, while learning motivation and parents attention obtained by giving questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis technique used were the test requirement analysis consists of a normality test and lineariti test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test which consists of t-test and f-test. Based on the results of data analysis can be known that there are partially effect between the learning motivation with learning outcomes. It can be seen from the results of data analysis which shows tcount 3,667 > t 1,666. Parents attention partially effects on learning outcomes, it’s seen from the results of the data analysis that shows ttable count 5,263> t 1,666.Learning motivation and parents attention simultaneously effect on learning outcomes, it’s seen by data analysis that shows fcount 23,667 > f 3,103. Theobtained regretion equation is Based on determination of the coefficient test R2 is ,3 that’s means learning motivation and parents attention effects on learning outcomes amount 35,5%.
