Abstract
Cindy Larasati, 2012; The Influence of Financial Performance, Leverage, and Firm Size on Firm Value of Real Estate Company Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research aims to examine empirically about the influence of Financial Performance, Leverage, and Firm Size to the value of the company. This research uses samples from 23 companies for 3 years in the Real Estate company listed on the Indonesia stock exchange. Using the research period of 2007-2009. The samples in this study were selected using the method of Purposive Sampling and using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) Financial Performance measured by Return On Asset ( ROA ) influential positive and significant to the firm value.It shows that the better of corporate financial performance and firm value will increase . (2) Leverage measured by debt ratio influential positive and significant to the firm value . It shows that the higher ratio of leverage would increase the firm value . (3) Firm Size as measured by total sales do not affect the firm value. This may happen because there are many other factors that may affect the firm value.
