Abstract

Jhon Eli Cansius, 2013; Influence of Human Resources Competencies and Information Technology on the Quality of Regional Asset Management Reports (Case Study In District and Sub-District Office in North Jakarta Administration City Region). The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the effect of the quality of human resources (HR) and the utilization of information technology systems to report quality in the area of asset management sub-district and village offices in the North Jakarta. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. Results of this study indicate that human resource competencies have a significant effect on the quality of local asset management reporting and use of information technology does not significantly influence the quality of reports of asset management area. Keywords: human resource competencies, use of information technology, the quality of local asset management reports.
