Abstract
Nelson Panjaitan, 2012: The Influence of Dividend Policy, Capital Expenditure, and Corporate Social Responsibility Against Firm Value on companies listed stocks LQ-45 index in Indonesia Stock Exchange from the year 2007-2009. This study aims to determine the influence of dividend policy, capital expenditure, and corporate social responsibility Against Firm Value. The factors examined in this study is the dividend policy, capital expenditure, and corporate social responsibility as an independent variable while the value of the company as the dependent variable. The research sample consisted of 66 companies registered as LQ-45 Stock Index in Indonesia Stock Exchange from the year 2007-2009. The data used in this study are secondary data and the data collection methods used in this research is to make a list (checklist) on social disclosure items, and use the method of study documentation. Analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis at a significance level 5%. The results of stimultaneoys hypothesis testing showed that the three independent variables is dividend policy, capital expenditure, and corporate social responsibility affect to firm value. Meanwhile, the partial results indicate dividend policy and corporate social responsibility affecting firm value. However, no evidence that capital expenditure affect to firm value.
