Abstract
Niar Nur Hasanah, 2012; The Influence Of Investment Policy And Firm Size On Debt Policy This study is aimed to get the evidence about the influence of investment policy and firm size of debt policy. This study use the sample of 38 companies over 2 years of all real estate companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sample of this study is chosen by using purposive sampling method. The period of the study use from the year of 2008-2009, therefore all factors which examined occur in its year and look from the influence of investment policy. The result of the study show that the influence of investment policy measured by total asset growth has negative influence of debt investment by using market value of equity ratio measurement. On the firm size, the result has no influence and insignificant of debt policy where in the measurement of the firm size looked in the total asset. Keyword: Investment Policy, Firm Size, Debt Policy
