Abstract

FARISTYANTO WIYONO, Relationships Learning Facilities With Learning Result Subject Office Automation Class X Office Administration at SMK Gita Kirtti 2 Jakarta. Thesis, Jakarta, Department of Economics, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, in January 2018. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between Learning facilities with Learning Outcomes in Office Classroom Office X Classroom Office Administration at SMK Gita Kirti 2 Jakarta. This research is conducted for 3 (three) months, that is derivative from October 2017 until December 2017. The research method used is survey method with correlational approach. Population in this research is class X student of office administration which need 65 person. The sampling technique used is random sampling technique. The resulting regression equation is Ŷ = 74.76 + 0.06X. Yanti X with liliefors test yields Lhitung = 0.04977, while Ltabel for n = 65 at significance level 0.05 is 0.10989 Because Lhitung <Ltabel then the estimated error of Y over X is normal distribution. The regression linearity test yields Fcount <Ftabel ie 1,83 <1.95, so it is concluded that the linear regression equation. From regression significance test yield Fcount> Ftable that is, 6,55> 3,99, so it can be concluded regression equation is significant, then do significance test by using t test and t count = 2.56 and t table = 1,99 with Thus, it can be concluded as follows. rxy = 0.307 is significant. The coefficient of determination which is 9,42% showing 9,42% Learning Result variable is determined by Learning Facility. Based on the results of the calculations that have been stated above, it can be seen a positive relationship between learning facilities with learning outcomes. From that calculation also can be interpreted learning facilities. The better the learning facilities, the better the students' learning outcomes. Vice versa, the lower the learning facility, the lower the learning outcomes of the students of SMK Gita Kiri 2 Jakarta. Keywords: Learning Facilities, Learning Result
