Abstract
This paper aims to find out about the indicators used in the provision of employee performance allowance in Badan Kepegawaian Negara, and to know the calculation and payment of employee performance allowance in Badan Kepegawaian Negara. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis of the data collection methods trough the literature study and observations. From the results of the writing can be seen that, the performance allowance required a definite indicator in the provision of performance allowance. From this research, the performance allowance are given by the indicator which is the level of achievement of bureaucratic reform, the job value and job class. The calculation of the amount performance allowance received by employee determined by job class. To determine the job class authorities must calculate the job value at the first by using the factors associated with the position. The magnitude of performance allowance which has been determined will be as the basis for the payment of performance allowance.
