Abstract

This scientific paper aims to know how Record Management on Personnel Departmet Badan Pembinaan Hukum Nasional. Method used for this scientific paper id descriptive analysis, the data collection method through the literature study and observation From the result it can be seen record management hold very important role for the work of an organization which can useful as a source of information and as a center for organizational memory that can be useful for materials research, taking decision. A good record management can minimize management errors. Therefore the management of the records should be in accordance with the procedures of archives and archival storage system that function and role of the archive can be implemented as appropriate.
