Abstract
This paper has a purpose to evaluate about expense center performance of PT. Pembangunan Jaya Ancol,Tbk. The research method that used is descriptive analysis, with searching data based on the company’s income statement for 3 years, observation, and interview. From writing result can concluded that in handling of expense center required controling and determinating a good decision that is realize cost- effective budget with optimal results to inexistence of cost inefficient.
