Abstract

ABSTRACT NUR’AINI CAHYANTI. 8105112305. The Influence Of Achievement Motivation and Study Habits Toward Learning Outcomes on Introduction to Accounting Subject of SMKN 8 Jakarta. Script, Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education, Consentration of Office Administration, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2015. This research aims to determine whether there is influence between achievement motivation and study habits toward learning outcomes on introduction to accounting subject of SMKN 8 Jakarta. This research was carried out for three months since February 2015 until May 2015. The method of this research is survey method with causality approach. The population in this research were all the students at SMKN 8 Jakarta. The affordable population were all the 10Th grade students with total 286 students. Sampling techniques used was proportional random sampling, the sample in this research is amounted 158 respondents. Data collecting technique, were used logging documents, interviews and questionnaires. To get the data results of the study, done by final test of introduction accounting subject in 2nd semester, while achievement motivation study habits obtained by giving questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis technique used were the test requirement analysis consists of a normality test and lineariti test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test which consists of t-test and F-test. Based on the results of data analysis can be known that there are partially effect between achievement motivation with learning outcomes. It can be seen from the results of data analysis which shows t count 4,965> t 1,645. Study habits partially effects on learning outcomes, it’s seen from the results of the data analysis that shows t count 4,309> t table table 1,645. Achievement motivation and study habits simultaneously effect on learning outcomes, it’s seen by data analysis that shows f 30,288> f table 3,06. The obtained regretion equation is Y = 0,681 + 0,394X .Based on determination of the coefficient test R 2 is 0,281 that’s means achievement motivation and study habits effects on learning outcomes amount 28,1%.
