Abstract
This paper aims to find out about the application of human resource accounting in PT Aqua Golden Mississippi. The method used in this study is the method of data collection deskripstif melaluui literature study and observation. From the results of the writing can be seen that the handler training can maximize the quality of the performance is done in the training.
