Abstract
This paper aims to determine Calculation and Payment of Import Duty, Value Added Tax, and Income Tax Article 22 Import Movies In Order By 21 Cineplex Entertainment, Inc. which refers to Law No. 10 of 1995. The method used in this research is descriptive method of analysis by the method of data collection through literature review, observation and interview. From the results of the changes can be seen after the application of tariffs and before the enactment of PMK PMK No. 90 and No. 102 of 2011 concerning the calculation of import duties
