Abstract

ABSTRACT Viainni Ussha Zufiratta. 8105112243. The Influence of Independent Learning and Learning Environment On Learning Achievement In SMK Nurul Iman Jakarta Students. Thesis, Jakarta: Study Program Office Administration, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, University of Jakarta. 2015. This research was conducted in SMK Nurul Iman Jakarta, for two months, starting from March 2015 until April 2015. The method used was survey method with quantitative approach. The population in this study were all students of SMK Nurul Iman Jakarta. Population inaccessibility is class X and XI SMK Nurul Iman total of 191 students. The sampling technique used is proportional random technique as many as 123 students. To collect data from two independent variables used questionnaire Likert scale model for independent learning (X1) and learning environment (X2), and the documentation method to retrieve the data variable learning achievement (Y). before these instruments are used to test the validity of learning independence variable (X1), from 34 statement as much as 4 statement proven to drop, while meeting the criteria or invalid as much as 30 statement, while learning environment variable (X2) after the test the validity of 4 statement which proved to drop. Calculation of reliability of both variables using Cronbach alpha formula. Results of reliability variable of 0.968 X1 and X2 reliability of the results of .910. These results prove that the instruments of the two variables reliable. The resulting regression equation is ý = 15.805 +0.244 X1 + 0.219 X2. Test requirements analysis that showed significant residual normality test of 0.200 is more than 0.05, which means that the data are normally distributed. While the linearity test X1 to Y shows the number 0.917 is also more than 0.05, it indicates that the variable X1 has a linear effect on the variable Y, as well as the X2 to Y shows the number 0.147 so that it can be concluded also that the X2 has effect linear to variable Y. based test the hypothesis that F test showed that Fhitung> Ftabel of 47.567> 3,01. It can be concluded that the independent learning and learning environment simultaneously affect the learning achievement. In the Test T, it can be seen that Thitung of learning independence 6.538> 1.979 Ttabel so it can be concluded that the independence of learning have a significant positive effect on learning achievement. In addition, the results of the learning environment Thitung 5.726> 1.979 Ttabel so that it can be interpreted that the learning environment has a significant positive effect on learning achievement. From the analysis of the coefficient of determination can be seen that the ability of independent learning and the learning environment to explain the learning achievement is a stimulant that is equal to 44.2%.
