Abstract

The Scientific paper aims to know how is discipline of work at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia Company. It used method for this scientific paper id descriptive analysis, the data collection method through the literature study and observation. The result of writing known that in increasing the working discipline required attention from the manager to the employees, supervision is done by manager, and firmness manager in providing sanctions for employees who violate the regulation Key Word : Discipline of Work
