Abstract
ABSTRACT M. Eggie Nugraha Alfiansyah. The Influence Of Compensation and Dicipline of Work Towards Productivity Of Employee In PT KHI Pipe Industries South Jakarta. Scientific Paper, Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education, Concetration of Office Administration Education, Economics and Administration Department, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, June 2014. This Study aims to determine whether there is the influence of compensation and discipline of work towards productivity of employee in PT KHI Pipe Industries South Jakarta. The research was conducted over three month from Oktober to December 2014. The research method used is survey method with the correlation approach. The research population was employee of production technology of PT KHI Pipe Industries South Jakarta as much 227. While the population is the inaccessibility of employees in the work unit production corrosive coating services (coating) PT KHI Pipe Industries, amounting to 70 employees. The sample used as many as 58 employee by using proportional random sampling. Data variable Y (Productivity), variable X (Compensation) and the data variable X21 (Dicipline of Work) are secondary data obtained through the company’s data from PT KHI Pipe Industries. Techniques of data analysis using SPSS 16.0. From the result of Ftest, found that F count (484,900) > F table (3,165). This means that X and X2 simultaneously affect the Y. T test produce t count of X1 is (1,717) = t (1,673) and t count X 2 (17,580) = t table (1,673). Because t count = t ,it can be concluded that there is a influence on the job insecurity and organization commitment towards turnover intention. Then a coefficient of determination of test results obtained 0,946 or 94,6% variable Y determined by X . Based on the result of regretion model, regression equation obtained is Y = 0,811 + 2,103X 1 + 5,702X 2 . Beside that, the result of R 21 eqqual to 0,946 wich means that compensation and training can explained productivity eqqual to 94,6% and 5,4% explained with another variabel.
