Abstract

ABSTRACT MAWADDAH GUSTIANI DARMIL. 8105110062. The Influence of discipline and peer environment in grades on learning achievement students at SMK Pelita Tiga Jakarta. Script, Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education, Consentration of Office Administration, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2015. The purpose of this research was to determine the Influence of discipline and peer environment on learning achievement students in grade in SMK Pelita Tiga Jakarta. This research was carried out for three months since March 2015 until May 2015. The method of this research is survey method with correlation approach. The populations of this research consist of all students in grades of Pelita Tiga Vocational High School with total 85 students, based on the table of populations and sampel with 5% of error level, so it can be obtained 68 students for sampling by using proporsional random technique. To collect data from one independent variable X1 used assessment model scale semantic for discipline (X1) and independent variable X2 used questionnaire model scale likert for peer environment (X2), and the documentation method to retrieve the data variable learning achievement (Y). Data analysis technique used were the test requirement analysis consists of normality test and lineariti test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test which consists of t-test and f-test. Based on the results of data analysis it can be known that there are partially effect between the discipline with learning environment. It can be seen from the results of data analysis which shows t count 3,898 > t 1,670. Peer environment partially effects on learning achievement, it’s seen from the results of the data analysis that shows t countv 3,626 > t table table 1,670. The discipline and peer environment simultaneously effect on the learning achievement, it’s seen from data analysis that shows f count 22,618 > f 3,14. The obtained regretion equation is Ý = 41,809+0,172 X1+0,170 X2. Based on determination of the coefficient test R table is 0,410 that means discipline and peer envirenment on learning achievement is amount 41,0%.
