Abstract

ABSTRACT DIMAS HIDAYAT WIRAWAN, The internship report at PT Andalan Utama Telecom. Management Studies Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, in 2013. The internship is a part of the graduation requirements of students who study at the State University of Jakarta (UNJ) in order to complete his education before starting to write a thesis. Internship has the goal of keeping the establishment of a cooperation between companies with UNJ, on the other hand the students also gain insight and a broader experience, experience in the world of work and build relationships in the workplace. The internship conducted at pada PT Andalan Utama Telecom, Patra Office Tower 17th Floor, Room 1703 Jl. Gatot Subroto Kav 32-34 Jakarta 12950. Practitioner placed on the marketing admin. Internship held for two months, starting on July 20 2016 until 15 September 2016. Practitioner task during implement internship activities are doing letter writing, following the survey process for the installation of a network, following the installation and repair process. At the end of The internship, practitioner get additional knowledge and insight. And to conclude there is a similarity between the theory obtained during lectures with the world of work and generate confidence in the world of work because it has had direct experience in the world of work.
