Abstract

DELINA DWI INDAH SARI. Correlation of Self-Regulated Learning With Academic Anxiety of Students Rintisan Sekolah Bertaraf Internasional (RSBI) At 8 Vocational High School Jakarta. The course study of Economics Education, Concentration Accounting Education, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, in June 2012. This study aims to obtain accurate data and reliable about how far the relationship between self-regulated learning with the students academic anxiety at 8 Vocational High School Jakarta. The study was conducted over one months from May 2012 until June 2012. The research method used is survey method with the correlational approach, whereas the data obtained from instruments that are distributed to X grade students majoring in Accounting from X Accounting 1, X Accounting 2, X Accounting 3, and X Accounting 4 as many as 121 people. Samples were taken as many as 89students from four classes. To get the data of variable X (self-regulated learning) and the data variable Y (academic anxiety) used a questionnaire-shaped instrument Likert scale statements. Once the construct validity was tested through the validation process which is the calculating the correlation coefficient score points with the total score and reliability testing with Cronbach Alpha formula. The results of the reliability of the variable X (self-regulated learning) is 0.88 while the reliability of the variable Y (academic anxiety) is 0.82. Test requirements analysis is performed by finding the regression equation. The regression equation obtained was Ỳ=71,65-0,15X. Next is a test for normality of estimated regression error on X by using the liliefors test and earned Lo = 0,0490 compared Ltabel at 0.05 significance level at 0.0934 then the Lo < Lt. This means that the error estimate of Y on X is normally distributed. To test the significance regression obtained Fcount (5,28)> Ftable (3.94) this means that regression is significance . While the linearitytest result Fcount (1,39) <Ftable (1.64), this means that the model used is linear regression. Product Moment Coefficient Correlation test produces rxy= -0.24. Then followed by coefficients significant test using t test. The results obtained are tcount at 2,296, while the T table on dk = n-2 = 87 and 0.05 significance level is 1.987, meaning tcount > Ttable. In addition, the coefficient of determination test obtained by 5,71% which means that the academic anxiety was set at 5,71% by the presence of selfregulated learning. Conclusions of this study is that there is a relationship negative between self-regulated learning with academic anxiety on 8 Vocational High School Jakarta Students SMK 8 Jakarta. This means that if the higher the students self-regulated learning themselves the lower levels of academic anxiety behavior.
