Abstract

ABSTRACT Siti Ayu Handayani. Internship Report at Postpaid Device & Broadband Division in Halo Bundling Team, Head Office of PT. Telekomunikasi Selular (Telkomsel), Jakarta in August 01st 2017 until September 30th 2017, Bachelor Degree of Management, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta. Implementation of internship is aims to add the experience and train the intern in preparation for competition in the world of work later. The tasks given to intern during an internship are; 1) Do a supervise to an event and outlet, 2) Make the presentation material in the form of power point to be presented, 3) Make a draft blueprint of cutomer journey, 4) Device leasing analyze, 5) Make terms & conditions and frequently ask questions (faq) for bundling products, 6) Suggest an idea for mifi leasing program. From this internship intern find out and understand the telecommunications industry, especially in postpaid division and the competition with its competitors. Keywords: Internship, PT.
