Abstract
RATIH FAJARWATI: The Correlation Between Organizational Culture With Job satisfaction At Teachers On Vocational High School 20 Jakarta. Studies Program Commerce Education, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, July 2012. This study aimed at obtaining empirical data and facts which are authentic, valid and reliable on The Correlation Between Organizational Culture With Job satisfaction At Teachers On Vocational High School 20 Jakarta. This research was conducted at Vocational High School 20 Jakarta, for five months, from February to june 2012. The method used was survey method with the correlational approach. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The populations in this study is teachers of Vocational High School 20 Jakarta. While the population is the inaccessibility of civil servant teachers SMK Negeri 20 Jakarta as many as 40 teachers. The technique which used in gathering the sample was simple random sampling abaout 36 teachers. The resulting regression equation is Ŷ = 23,90 + 0,91X. Analysis of conditional test, which is normality error test for regression approximates of X on Y with lilifors test, result in Lcount 0,0835, while Ltable is 0,1476, because Lcount < Ltable then normality error test of Y on X distributed normal. Testing linearity of regression produces Fcount < Ftable is 0,996 < 2,61, thus concluded that the equation is linear. Significance regression results in Fcount > Ftable is 57,32 > 4,13, it is mean that the regression equation is significance.. Results of hypothesis test which person product mometh show that rxy = 0,790, then significance of product mometh corretional test using the t-test produced tcount = 7,520 > ttable = 1,70. It can be concluded that the correlation coefficient rxy = 0,790 is significance. The coefficient of determination was 62,45% which indicated that variation of Job satisfaction is determined by Organizational Culture and 37,55% determinate other factor. The results of calculations conclude that there is a positive relationship between organizational culture with job satisfaction at teachers on Vocational High School 20 Jakarta
