Abstract

RIZKI ISNAENI. Correlation Between Customer Value With Customer Loyalty of Indosat IM3 Card At Students of Study Program Of Commerce Education Faculty of Economy State University of Jakarta. Scription, Jakarta : Study Program Of Commerce Education. Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economy, State University of Jakarta. The aim of this research is to determine the correlation between customer value and customer loyalty of Indosat IM3 Card on student of Study Program of Commerce Education State University of Jakarta by using empirical data and facts are valid and reliable. The study was conducted over six months from January to June 2012. The method used is survey method approach to correlation. The study population is students who use the Education Code of Commerce Indosat IM3 card. With affordable student population of 2010 Education Code of Commerce as many as 35 people. Study sample as many as 32 student using simple random sampling technique. To capture the data variable X (Customer Value) and a variable Y (Customer Loyalty), used the instrument in the form of questionnaires, distributed to the students of Commerce Education Code 2010, after it tested the validity browse through the validation process is the calculation of the correlation coefficient score points with the total score and reliability testing with Cronbach Alpha formula. The results of the reliability of the variable X (Customer Value) for 0,914. Meanwhile, the reliability variable Y (Customer Loyalty) 0,937. Analysis of condition test, which is normality error test for regression approximates of X on Y with Liliefors test, result in Lcount = 0,1532, while Ltable = 0,1568, because Lcount < Ltable then the normality error test of Y on X distributed normal. Testing linearity of regression result in Fcount= 1,55 < Ftable = 3,41, it is mean the equation is linier. The equation for linear regression is Ŷ = 61,30 + 0,43 X. Significance regression result in Fcount = 19,52 > Ftable = 4,17, it is mean that the regression equation is significant. The correlation coefficient is calculated using the formula of Pearson Product Moment generating rxy = 0,628, then significance of product moment correlation is tested with t test which yields tcount = 4,42 and ttable = 1,69 at significance level of 0,05, it can be result that product moment correlation rxy = 0,628 is significant. The coefficient of determination obtained for 39%, which indicates that 39% of customer loyalty is determined by customer value.
