Abstract

SANTY WIDYA UTAMI, Correlation between teachers supervision with works discipline at SMK N 51 Jakarta. Thesis Jakarta : Study Program of Commerce Education, Departement of Economic and Administration, Faculty of Economic, State University Of Jakarta, June 2012. The objective of this research is to find out correlation between teachers supervision with works discipline at SMK N 51 Jakarta. This research was taking four months, counted since March 2012 up to June 2012. The method used is survey methods with co relational approach. The population within this research including all of SMKN 51 teachers with 44 total amount. Base on sample from specific populations table. It was take sample amount 40 teachers with sampling error 5%. Retrieval techniques sample was used is Simple Random Sampling Technique (Simple Random). Analysis techniques is starting with searching simple linear regression equation and obtained Ŷ = 52.33 + 0,906X. Distributed. It is proved by the calculation that n = 40 used Liliefors test at significant level (α) = 0.05 that indicates Lcount (0,1057) < Ltable (0,1278). It state the formula of regression is significant. The result of the linear regression test indicates Fcount (1.66) < Ftable (2.42). It state the regression model is linear. At the hypotesis test the significant and linear regression test are using Analysis of Variance table (ANAVA). The result of the significant regression test indicates Fcount (12.62) > Ftable (4.10). The coefficient of correlation counted by Product Moment Formula by pearson indicates rxy = 0,499 while the result of correlation coefficient significant test indicates tcount = 3.554 and ttable = 1,68because the result shows tcount > ttable the research indicates there is a significant correlation between teachers supervision with works discipline Calculation of the coefficient of determination was obtained 24,95%. That was indicated number of contribution teachers supervision with works discipline 75,05%. And variation of the variable Y determined by variation X. And conclusion of researcher is there was positive correlation between teachers supervision with works disciplines at SMK N 51 Jakarta.
