Abstract

JENNY CHRISTINE, The Correlation Between Attention Parents with Learning Achievement Student departement of Accounting in SMKN 40 East Jakarta. Thesis. Jakarta : Study Program of Commerce Education, Departement of Economic and Administration, Faculty of Economic, State University Of Jakarta, July 2012. Purpose of this research is to find about the possibility a positive The Correlation Between Attention Parents With Learning Achiement To The SMK in 40 Jakarta. The period of this research was three month, since April 2012 until June 2012. This research used survey methods by correlation approach. The population in this study were all class XI students majoring in accounting, amounting to 69 SMK 40 students. Then based on samples taken from the table given population sample of 58 students with sampling error 5 %. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling Technique. To measure the data variable X (Attention Parents) using the survey form skala Likert Prior to use, tested the validity for the variables X (Attention Parents), 47 points are validated statement after statement drop 7 points, which meet the criteria or a valid consists of 40 statements. Calculation of reliability test X (parental) using the formula Alpha Cronbach. From the calculation results of testing instruments for the variable X (the attention of parents) is 0.89. Which means that the reliability of the instrument showed a very tinggi.untuk test data requirements entirely performed at a significance level (α) 0,05. The first step is to seek and obtain the regression equation Ŷ=2,035+0,024X. Test for normality of the error estimates of regression Y on X generates Lcount for 0.1060 <Ltable error of 0.116 which means the estimated regression Y on X is normally distributed. While the linearity of the regression test is obtained Fcount 1.46 <Ftable 1.92 which means that the model is a linear regression equation. Based on calculations derived regression test keberartian Fcount 14.63> Ftable 4.02 so it can be concluded that the significant regression coefficients. For Product Moment correlation coefficient rxy = 0.997 obtained results and to test the significance of the correlation coefficient using ttest gain of 93.57 and a Ttable of 2.0 due to tcount> Ttable, we conclude that there is a significant relationship between parental learning achievement XI class students majoring in Accounting at SMK 40 East Jakarta. The calculation of the coefficient of determination obtained 20.72% which shows the amount of parental contribution to the achievements of learning 20.72%, the variation is determined by the variation of Y variable X. The conclusion of researchers is that there is a positive relationship between parental concern with student achievement in classes XI SMKN Accountancy 40 East Jakarta.
