Abstract

Scientific work aims to understand of Organizational Communication On Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah dan Penanaman Modal KabupatenTnah Datar. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with the method of data collection through literature study and observation. From the writing this it can be seen that to in organizational communication there is an element of regional culture that can affect the smooth communication and can determine the type of miss communication.
