Abstract

PT Braja Mukti Cakra founded in 1986 over joint initiative between PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors as the sole agency Mitsubishi brand vehicles in Indonesia and PT Bakrie Tosanjaya as first metal casting plant (Foundry) in Indonesia. This research aims to get information about the effect of motivation, training, and discipline of work on the performance of employees of PT Braja Mukti Cakra. Research methodology used survey. Data collection was conducted against 177 respondents. The respondents selected with sampling random techniques stratification. Range data with questionnaire and analyzed with correlation analysis. The analysis showed that factor most dominant of third variable are discipline variable with regression coefficient about 0,279 and significance value 0,000<0,05. Next, the second factor influencing the performance of employees are motivation variables with the regression coefficient about 0,222 and the third factor is training variable with the regression coefficient about 0,168. There is a positive influence between variable motivation (X1) against employees performance (Y) with test result t, thitung > ttabel (3,922>1,960). There is a positive influence between variable training (X2) against employees performance variable (Y) with test result t, thitung > ttabel (2,056 > 1,960). There is a positive influence between variable discipline of work (X3) against employee performance variable (Y) with test result t, thitung > ttabel (4,736 > 1,960). There is a positive influence simultaneously (together) of variable motivation (X1), training (X2) , and discipline of work (X3) against employees performance (Y). Based on the test results F provided value fhitung > ftabel (36,898 > 2,72). PT Braja Mukti Cakra has successful in provide work motivation, provide good training, and apply discipline of work to improve the performance of employees.
