Abstract

NURUL HIKMAH. 8105141512. Relationship Habits of Learning and Confidence with Learning Outcomes Subject Introduction to General Administration of Students Class X at SMK Negeri 31 Central Jakarta. This study aims to determine the positive and significant relationship between learning habits and self-confidence with the results of learning in all students of class X in SMK Negeri Central Jakarta. This research was conducted for three months starting from February 2018 until April 2018. The research method used is survey method. The affordable population in this study is all students of class X in SMK Negeri 31 Central Jakarta. The sample used in this research is 119 students. Y variable data (Learning Results) is secondary data in the form of Daily Deuteronomic (UH) subjects Introduction to General Administration, X1 (Habits of Learning) and X2 (Self Confidence) is the primary data using questionnaires or questionnaires with Likert scale models. Technical data analysis using SPSS 24.0. The result of F test in the ANOVA table gives Fcount (43,971)> Ftable (3.07), this means simultaneously X1 and X2 corresponds to Y. The t test produces tcount X1 (3,371)> ttable (1,980), it can be concluded that there is a relationship a positive and significant between learning habits and learning outcomes. Then tcount X2 (2,218)> ttable (1,980), it can be concluded there is a positive and significant relationship between confidence with learning outcomes. Based on the results of data analysis, it has multiple regression equation Ῠ = 19,822 + 0,436 X1 + 0,304 X2. Test the correlation coefficient (R) that is equal to 0.657 belong to the category of strong relationship. Test of coefficient of determination (R2) equal to 65,7% that each variable X1 and X2 contribute influence equal to 65,7% to Y and the rest 34,3% influenced by other factor not examined.
