Abstract

ADITYA RACHMAN EKI NUGRAHA. THE CORRELATION BETWEEN INDEPENDENCE LEARNING AND LEARNING ENVIRONMENT WITH LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT IN STUDENTS OF SMK NEGERI 50 IN JAKARTA. Research Paper. Study Program Of Bussiness Education, Faculty Of Economics, State University Of Jakarta. 2018. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between the independence learning and learning environment with learning achievement on students of SMK Negeri 50 in Jakarta. This research was conducted for 6 months starting from January 2018 until June 2018. The research method used is survey method with correlational approach. The population in this research is all students of SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta. The sample used in this research is 127 students by using simple random technique taken proportionally. The data of learning achievement is secondary data while the data of independence learning (X1) and learning environment (X2) is primary data by using Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis technique that has been used in this reaserch is test requirement analysis consisted of normality test, linearity test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test consisting of F test and t test. Based on the results of data analysis can be seen that the two independent variables of independence learning and learning environment together have a positive and significant relationship to learning achievement seen from Fcount 89.735> Ftable 3.07. Then partially independence learning variables have tcount 5.114> ttable 1.657 and learning environment has tcount 3.122> ttable 1.657 which states significance (tcount> ttable) means that each independent variable that is independence learning has a significant positive relationship with learning achievement and learning environment positively significant with learning achievement. Based on the determination coefficient test obtained R2 value of 0.591 which means the relationship of independent variables (independence learning and learning environment) to the dependent variable (learning achievement) is 59.1% and the remaining 40.9% influenced by other variables that are not examined.
