Abstract
RISYA NUR AJIZAH. The relationship between the learning environment and learning motivation with the learning outcomes of Business Economics in the students of class X SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta. 2018. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta, for 6 months starting from January until June 2018. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between learning environment and learning motivation with the results of learning Business Economics in students of class X SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta. The research method used is survey method with correlational approach, the inaccessible population is all students of class X in SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta, amounting to 250 students. The sampling technique used is by proportional random sampling technique as many as 146 students. The multiple linear regression equation produced is Ŷ = 40,398 + 0,223 X1 + 0,176 X2. Test requirement analysis that is test of normality with Kolmogorov-Smirnov test with significance level (α) = 5% or 0,05 and yield significant level equal to 0,200. Because the significance level > 0.05 then it can be concluded that the data is normally distributed and can be used in further analysis. From simultaneous significance test (Test F) yield Fcount 114,110 > Ftable 3,060, so it can be concluded that learning environment and learning motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on learning outcomes. Furthermore, t test between X1 and Y resulted in tcount 5,642 > ttable 1,97669, so the partial conclusion there is a significant influence between learning environment and student learning outcomes. While t test of X2 and Y yield tcount 7,607 > ttabel 1,97669, so the partial conclusion there is significant influence between learning motivation with student learning result. Based on the correlation coefficient obtained R value of 0.784, then the closeness of the relationship between the learning environment (X1) and learning motivation (X2), with learning outcomes (Y) quite strong. The coefficient of determination Y on X1 and X2 obtained by 0.615 indicates that 61.5% variable of student learning outcomes is determined by learning environment and learning motivation. While the coefficient of determination of Y on X1 obtained by 0.459 which indicates that 45.9% of student learning outcomes are determined by the learning environment. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination Y on X2 obtained for 0,529 indicating that 52,9% variable of student learning result determined by learning motivation. Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Learning Environment, Learning Motivation
