Abstract

Siti Awaliah Rohmah. 8105141431. “The Influence of Learning Discipline and Learning Activities on Students Class X Office Administration Learning Outcomes in Correspondence Subject at SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta”. Skripsi. Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta, Mei 2018. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of learning discipline and learning activities on students class x office administration learning outcomes in correspondence subject at SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta. This research was conducted for 3 months from January to March 2018. The reasearch method is survey with correlational approach. The population affordability is all students from X Office Administration SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta which amounted to 72 students. The sample used in this research was 58 students using proposional random sampling technique. Data variable Y (Learning Outcomes) and variable X1 (Learning Discipline) are secondary data, while variable X2 (Learning Activities) is primary data. The data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 version. The results of F test in ANOVA table produces Farithmetic 11,878 > Ftable 3,16, this means learning discipline and learning activities simultaneously positively influence the learning outcomes. The T test produces tarithmetic X1 4,334 > ttable 1,673 and tarithmetic X2 2,591> ttable 1,673. Then regression equation obtained was Ŷ = 27, 571 + 1,238 X1 + 0,220 X2. The dependent variable depends on the value of determination coefficient (R square) which is 30.2% while the rest is 69.8% is influenced by other independent variables that are not researched. The conclusion of this research is there is a positive and significant influence between learning discipline and learning activities on students class x office administration learning outcomes in correspondence subject at SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta.
