Abstract

RIA RIYANTI. 8105142712. The Influence Of Learning Creativity And Learning Motivation To Learning Outcome On 10th Grade Student in Bahasa Indonesia Lesson at Vocational High School 17 Jakarta. Script. Jakarta: Study Program Of Economic Education, Faculty Of Economic, State University Of Jakarta, 2018. This researches purpose is to find the influence learning creativity and learning motivation on learning outcome on 10th grade student in Bahasa Indonesia lesson at Vocational High School 17 Jakarta either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is survey method with correlation approach. Data collection using questionnaires. The population of this study were all students 10th grade of Vocational High 17 Jakarta which amounted to 171. With an affordable population of students majoring in Accounting and Office Administrasion, amounting to 139 students, the sample of this study amounted to 100 people. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, and the hypothesis test consist of t-test and F-test. Based on the analysis of the data found that there was a partially significant influence between learning creativity and learning outcomes. Can be seen from the results of data analysis, that show the value of tcount 5,875 is greater than the value of ttable 1,984. Meanwhile, the partial learning motivation on learning outcomes is also a significant influence with learning outcomes, this can be seen from the results of data analysis that showed tcount 6.345 is greater that the value of ttable 1,984. Learning creativity and learning motivation affect simultaneously on learning outcomes. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed that value of Fcount 115,876 is greater than the value of Ftabel 3,09 and and significant value 0,000 < 0,05. Coefficient of determination (R2) between learning creativity and learning motivation on learning outcomes 70,5%. Result of hypothesis test yield conclusion that learning creativity and learning motivation has a poitive effect on learning outcome.
