Abstract
DESIANA PUTRI WARDANI. 2015. 8143155459. Analysis of Secretarial Performance in Active Archives Arrangement in the Section of Head of Umum and Pengadaan Department of Ministry of Agriculture. Diploma of Office Administration.Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. This paper aims to find out about the performance of the secretary in the arrangement and storage of archives located at the Umum and Pengadaan Department of the Ministry of Agriculture. The method used in this research in descriptive analysis with data collection method through observation and literature study. From the result of writing can be seen that in the arrangement of archives in the room Head of Umum and Pengadaan Department has not been arranged in accordance with the stroge system as well as equipment in the archive storage is not endequate. The job of such a complex secretary caused the secretary had no time to do the task. This can be seen from the archive that has not been arranged neatly and still stored in the warehouse. The conclusion of this writing can be seen that the performance of the secretary is needed in the arrangement of the archives, so that the archive looks neat and can be rediscovered whenever it is needed. Kata Kunci: performance of secretary, archive arrangement.
