Abstract

Anisa Zulhaida 8105110066. Influence of Motivation Learning and Self Directed Learning to The Learning Outcomes Economics of Student in Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Pelita 3 Jakarta. Skripsi, Jakarta: Economics of Education Studies Program, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2018. This research aims to determine there is influence between Motivation Learning and Self Directed Learning to the learning outcomes economics of student in Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Pelita 3 Jakarta. This research method used survey method. The population in this study were students majoring in Ilmu-ilmu Sosial (IIS) class X by 150 students. While the sample of the population is students of class X IIS 1-2, XI IIS 1-2 and XII IIS 1-2 by 105. The sampling technique using simple random sampling techniques. Data were analyzed using SPSS 21.00 begins with finding the test requirements analysis is the normality test using Komolgrov Smirnov method and the value of learning environment (X1) by 0,840; the value of Self Directed Learning (X2) by 0,812; the value of the learning outcomes economics (Y) by 0,065 then the data were normally distributed. From the F test results can be known Fhitung 74.822> Ftabel 3,09 so it can be concluded that X1 and X2 simultaneously affect of Y. From the t test results can be known thitung X1 3,088 > ttabel 1,983 then a positive influence between Motivation Learningto the learning outcomes economics. Then thitung X2 9,590 > ttabel 1,983 then a positive influence between Self Directed Learning to the learning outcomes economics. From the calculation equation Y = 0,213 X1 + 0,661 X2 + 0,404 ε1. The value Rsquare by 0,362 which means that the learning outcomes economics can be explained by Motivation Learning and Self Directed Learning by 59,5% and the rest by 40,5% influenced and explained by other variables not examined.
