Abstract

Scientific work aims to understand about the system chancery used in general directorate of fiscal balance.Methods used in this research is descriptive analysis with data collection method through observation. From the writing can be seen that handling system chancery required several aspects of supporting so that the system the rediscovery of can be conducted easily.System archive storage good affected work programs companies private and government agencies because archive are a source of information company.
