Abstract

GUNAWAN HADI PRASTIYONO. The Influence of Economic Literacy and E-commerce in Online Shopping on Consumptive Behavior in Faculty of Economics Students at Jakarta State University. Thesis, Jakarta: Economic Education Study Program Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. 2018. This study aims to determine the effect of Economic Literacy and E-commerce in Online Shopping on the Consumptive Behavior of students of the Faculty of Economics at the State University of Jakarta, partially or simultaneously. This study uses survey methods and quantitative approaches. The population of this study were students of the economics faculty totaling 3,300 with a sample of 98 students. Data collection uses a questionnaire containing questions with true-false scale (true = 1; false = 0) and a statement with a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis, after which it was processed with SPSS version 24. The results showed that there was a partial influence between Economic Literacy on Consumptive Behavior and E-commerce in Online Shopping towards saving behavior. Simultaneously there is an influence of Economic Literacy and E-commerce in Online Shopping on Consumptive Behavior in Faculty of Economics students at Jakarta State University at 24.2% and the remaining 22.6% is influenced by other factors not examined.
