Abstract
Nurul Manzhila. The Influence of Service Quality and Price Perception on Member Satisfaction at Cooperative Employees Secretariat General of DPR-RI. Faculty Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2018. The study aims to identify and analyze the service quality, price perception, member satisfaction, and examines the influence of price perception of service quality and to the satisfaction of the members at Cooperative Employees Secretariat General of DPR-RI. This study was conducted from March 2018 until finish. The research is a desriptive study using survey method. Collecting data using the technique of interviews, observation and questionnaires using a total of 123 members of the cooperative respondents. From the test results the reliability values of member satisfaction 0,860; 0,936 to the quality of service, and 0,912 to price perception, therefore, is very reliable research instruments to be used. Analysis of the research data using multiple regression analysis based on multiple regressions by using SPSS version 24,0. The result showed that the quality of service partially has a significant influence on the satisfaction of members by 42,6%. Furthermore, the price perception partially has a significant influence on the satisfaction of members of 41,5%. Simultaneously service quality and price perception have influence equal to 50,7%. The implication of this research result is the improvement of service quality and the urge to generate a good price perception for members.
