The Relationship Between Family Environment and Learning Motivation With Introduction to Finance & Accounting Learning Outcomes in XI Grade Students at SMK Negeri 62 in Jakarta. Research Paper. Jakarta: Business Education Studies Program, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between family environment with the Introduction to Finance & Accounting learning outcomes in XI grade students at SMK Negeri 62 in Jakarta, whether there is a relationship between learning motivation with the pengantar keuangan & akuntansi learning outcomes in XI grade students at SMK Negeri 50 in Jakarta, and whether there is a relationship between family environment and learning motivation with the Introduction Finance & Accounting learning outcomes in XI grade students at SMK Negeri 50 in Jakarta. This research was conducted for four months starting from February 2018 until May 2018. The research method used is survey method with correlation approach. The population in this study is all students of class XI SMK Negeri 62 in Jakarta amounted to 135 students. The sample used in this research is 100 students using simple random sampling technique. Y variable data (Learning Outcomes) is secondary data obtained from the data of learning outcomes based on mid-term repetition in February 2018 While the variable data X1 Family Environment) and variable X2 (Learning Motivation) is the primary data obtained by spreading questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis technique used is test requirement analysis consisted of test of normality and test of linearity, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test consisting of F test and t test. Based on the results of data analysis can be seen that the two independent variables of parents attention and learning motivation together have a positive significant relationship to learning outcomes seen from Fcount 54.109 > Ftable 3.09. Then partially family environment have tcount 6.805> ttable 1.660 and learning motivation has tcount 6.046 > ttable 1.660 which states significance (tcount> ttable) means that each independent variable is the attention of parents have a positive significant relationship with learning outcomes and learning motivation also has a positive significant relationship with learning outcomes. Based on the determination coefficient test obtained R2 value of 0,527 which means the relationship of independent variables family environment and learning motivation with the dependent variable learning outcomes of 52.7%.
