Abstract

KEMAS KURNIAWAN R. THE CORRELATION BETWEEN SELF EFFICACY AND LEARNING ENVIRONMENT WITH LEARNING OUTCOMES OF GENERAL ADMINISTRATION ON STUDENT OF SMKN 25 IN JAKARTA. Research Paper. Jakarta:Business Education Study Program, Economic Faculty, State University of Jakarta. 2018. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between self efficacy and learning environment with learning outcomes of general administration on student of SMKN 25 in Jakarta. This study was conducted for 3 months starting from March 2018 to May 2018. The research method used is survey method with correlational approach. The Affordable population in this study is all students of class X SMK Negeri 25 Jakarta amounted to 179 students. The sample used in this research is 119 students by using simple random technique. Learning result data is secondary data while self efficacy data (X1) and learning environment (X2) is primary data by using Likert scale capital questionnaire. Data analysis technique used is test requirement analysis consisting of normality test, linearity test, simple linear regression test, hypothesis test consist of t test. Based on the results of data analysis can be seen that the partial self efficacy variables have tcount 10.733> ttable 1.658 and learning environment has tcount 8.455> ttable 1.658 which states the significance (tcount> ttable) means that each independent variable that is self efficacy has a significant positive relationship with general administrative learning outcomes as well as a significant positive learning environment with general administrative learning outcomes. Based on the determination coefficient test obtained R2 value of 0.496 which means the relationship of independent variables (self efficacy) to the dependent variable (learning outcome) of 49.6% and test coefficient determination obtained value R2 of 0.379 which means the relationship of independent variables (learning environment) to variable tied (learning outcome) of 37.9%.
