Abstract

SARAH MUTIA. 8135145158. Relationship between Parents Attention and Emotional Intelligence with Learning Outcomes of Mathematics Subjects at Grade X Students of SMK Negeri 3 in Jakarta. Script, Jakarta: Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University, 2018. This study aims to find the right data to obtain empirical data and facts that are appropriate, valid, valid, and also can be trusted and relate about the relationship between parents and intelligence with the results of learning mathematics subjects in students of class X SMK Negeri 3 in Jakarta. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 3 Jakarta. During April 2018. The research method used is a survey method with correlational approach, which is a student of Class X SMK Negeri 3 Jakarta. Sampling technique used with random technique as many as 114 students. The data analysis technique used is the first possible analysis consisting of normality and linearity test. Good simple linear regression test. The third hypothesis test contains t test. The last calculation is the coefficient of determination analysis. The hypothesis of this study shows that: (1) There is a positive and significant relationship between parents with learning outcomes, this hypothesis is evidenced by the value of t count 9,439> ttabel 1.65870. (2) There is a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and learning outcomes, with this fact proved by the value of t count 8,230> ttabel 1.65870. The simple regression equation obtained is Ŷ = 43,959 + 0,320 X (X1) and Ŷ = 36,874 + 0,268 X (X2). The relationship between parents with learning outcomes is obtained from the coefficient of 0.666. So the ability of the parent variable to explain the learning outcomes partially by 44.3%. The relationship between intelligence and learning outcomes. From the blow coefficient of 0.613. So the ability of the intelligence variable to explain the learning outcomes partially by 37.5% depends on other factors outside of this study.
