Abstract

DWINTA MELLIANI AFANDI. 8105142682. THE EFFECT OF VISUAL MEDIA LEARNING AND SELF-REGULATED LEARNING TO LEARNING OUTCOMES IN GENERAL ADMINISTRATION SUBJECT ON 1ST YEAR STUDENTS AT SMK TAMANSISWA 3 JAKARTA The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of visual media learning and self-regulated learning to learning outcomes in general administration subject on 1st students at SMK Tamansiswa 3 Jakarta. This research was conducted for 3 months starting from March to April 2018. The method used in this research is survey method with corelational approach. The population in this research is all students in SMK Tamansiswa 3 Jakarta and with reference to Isaac and Michael then the numbers of sample in this research were 100 students. The technique of selecting respondents using proportional random sampling, using Likert scale. The three variables are Learning Outcomes (Y), Visual Media Learning (X1), and Self-Regulated Learning (X2) were primary data that obtained from disseminassion of research questionnaries. To get the data of learning outcomes (Y) was from the result in Middle Test Exam of General Administration subject. Data analysis technique were: first, test requirement analysis consisted test of normality and test of linearity. Second, classical assumption test consict of multicollarity and heteroskedasticity test. Third, multiple linear regression test. Forth, hypotesist test that contains F test and t test. The last one was analysis of coefficient of determination. tvalue on variable of Learning Media Visual equal to 5,974 and tvalue on variable of Self-Regulated Learning equal to 5,975, this means there’s a significamt partial influence of Media Visual Learning and Self- Regulated Learning to Learning Outcomes. Because tvalue > ttable. For F test, the result of Fvalue was 56,731 > Ftable score of 3,09. That can be drawn to the conclusion there is a influence simultaneously between variable of Visual Media Learning and Self-Regulated Learning to Learning Outcomes. Because the Fvalue > Ftable. Multiple regression equation obtained result was Ẏ = 24.532 – 0,346X1 – 0,302X2. R2 coefficient of determination value was 0,492. This means that Media Visual Learning (X1) and Self-Regulated Learning (X2) variables affect to Learning Outcomes (Y) by 53,9%. Key Words : Media Visual Learning, Self-Regulated Learning, Learning Outcomes.
