Abstract

ANNA AFIFAH. Intellectual capital and capital structure on the financial performance of Sharia Finance Banking in outside Java island in 2017. Thesis, Jakarta. Economic Education Study Program. Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. 2018. This study aims to obtain correct, valid, trustworthy and accountable information and knowledge about the influence of intellectual capital and capital structure on the financial performance of BPRS outside Java, both simultaneously and partially. This research hypothesis is that there is an influence between intellectual capital and capital structure on the financial performance of BPRS outside Java. The research method used by researchers is a quantitative method with descriptive analysis. The data analysis tool used in this study is multiple regression. The sampling technique using random sampling is 48 BPRS. This study uses the Pulic model for the size of the intellectual capital component. Capital structure is measured by Debt To Equity (DER) and financial performance using BOPO. The results show that intellectual capital and capital structure simultaneously affect financial performance. Partial results of intellectual capital have no effect and are positive on financial performance. While the capital structure has a significant and positive effect on financial performance. The ability between intellectual capital and capital structure explains the financial performance of 63,5%.
