Abstract
DAVA ALTHOV FEIZAL, Influence Of Service Quality And Inspection On Personal Taxpayer Compliance At Pulogadung Tax Office. This research was conducted in The Faculty of Economics Student in State University of Jakarta, for five months, starting from March to July 2018. The purpose of this study is to determine the correlation between Service Quality And Inspection On Personal Taxpayer Compliance At Pulogadung Tax Office. The research method used is survey method with the correlation approach, population used are all taxpayer compliance at Pulogadung Tax Offince. The sampling technique used technique of accidential ampling as many as 79 people. The resulting regression equation is Ŷ = 12,294 + 0,262 X 1 + 0,300 X 2 . Test requirements analysis that estimates the error normality test regression of Y on X 1 with Kolmogorov-Smirnov test with significance level (α) = 5% or 0,05 estimates significance of Y equal to 0,200, X 1 equal to 0,200, X 2 equal to 0,200. Because the significance level is> 0.05 it can be concluded that the data is normally distributed and can be used. Testing linearity of regression Y on X 1 produces F count < F table is 1,364 <3.111 and testing linearity of regression Y on X 2 produces F count < F table is 0,897 <3.111, so it is concluded that the linear equation regression. Hypothesis testing from the significance regression Y on X 1 and X 2 produces F count > F table which, 14,685 > 3,111, meaning that the regression equation is significant. Then performed the test significance correlation coefficient using t test and the resulting t count > t table , Y on X 1 t count = 2,690 and t table = 1,66515 and performed the test significance correlation coefficient using t test and the resulting t count > t table , Y on X 2 t count = 2,845 and t table = 1,66515. It can conclude that is possitive and significant. The coefficient of determination Y on X 1 and X 2 obtained by 0,279 indicating that, 27,9% variable taxpayer compliance is determined by the service quality and inspection. Which is it can be concluded research that conducted at Pulogadung Tax Office, Personal Taxpayer Compliance determined by how good the Service Quality and Inspection at that Tax Office.
