Abstract
REDHITA ARUM MEIDIANTI. Relationship between the Organizational Culture Teacher Performance in SMA Negeri 37 Jakarta. Thesis, Jakarta: Commerce Education Program. Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. June 2013. This study aims to obtain data / facts right (authentic, true, valid) and trustworthy (reliable) about how far the relationship between culture oranisasi with teacher performance in SMA Negeri 37 Jakarta. The research was carried out for 5 months from January to May 2012. The method used was a survey method approach to correlation. The population in this study is a teacher at SMAN 37 Jakarta, which totaled 48 by the sample is 40 teachers with standard calculations of sampling error of 5%. This sampling technique using simple random sampling technique. To capture the data variable X X (Cultural Organization), shaped instrument used a Likert scale and variable Y (Performance Guru) using secondary data based on attendance and performance appraisal of teachers. Before the instrument is used for variables X and Y are used test the construct validity through a validation process that is the coefficient calculation with the item score and the total test score reliability and Alpha Cronbach formula. Results of reliability variable X (Cultural Organization) for 0.937 Test requirements analysis is done by looking at the regression equation is Y = 52,61 + 0,25 X. Next is the estimated regression error normality test Y on X using Liliefors test and obtained Lhitung = 0,1121 compared with Ltabel at the 0,05 level at 0,1391. then Lo <Lt. This means that the estimated error Y on X is normally distributed. Linearity regression test produces Fcount (1,32) <F table (2,19), this means linear regression models were used. Test significance Fcount regression (57,13)> F table (4,10), this proves that the regression mean. Meanwhile. Product moment correlation coefficient test result rxy of 0,780. Then proceed with the coefficient significance test using the t test. The results obtained are thitung (7,693), while the TTable at dk = n - 2 = 40-2 = 38 and the 0,05 level is 1,68, meaning thitung> TTable. The calculation of the coefficient of determination produce rxy2 = 0,7802 = 0,6090. It shows that 23,53% variation in teacher performance is determined by the organizational culture. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive relationship between organizational culture with the performance of teachers in SMA 37 Jakarta.
