Abstract

IDA NURAINI. Factors That InfluenceThe Intention In Paying Cash-Waqf to The Employees of Regional Office of DKI Jakarta Religious Ministry. Skripsi. Jakarta. Study Program of Economics Education. Concentration in Accounting Education, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2018. The factors that are meant and become the objectives of this research are the influence partially of attitudes, subjective norms and trust on the intention in paying cash-waqf at employees. The method used in this research is survey method with correlation approach. Data collection using questionnaires with Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling, with a sample is 136 which is Moslem. The technical data analysis uses requirements test analysis, assumption test analysis, regression analysis, correlation analysi and determination. From the analysis requirements test, the data is declared to be normal and linear with the results of multiple regression equations Ỹ = 8.268 + 0.157X1 + 0.170 X2 + 0.261X3. From the data analysis, obtained T value for attitude 3,206, subjective norm 3,552, and trust 6,989. Therefore, the results of this study show that partially, attitudes, subjective norms and trust have a positive and significant influence on the intention in paying cash-waqf. A simple correlation test showed a strong relationship with the number of pearson correlation attitude of 0.742, subjective norms of 0.687 and trust of 0.805. The result of the determination test showed the magnitude of the ability of these three variables to influence the intention in paying cash-waqf is 72.4%. Therefore, this study concludes partially that the better attitudes, the higher level of subjective norms and trust, it will increase their intention in paying cash-waqf. The other way , the less good attitudes, the lower level of subjective norms and trust, it will reduce their intention in paying cash-waqf.
