Nur Fauziah Pratiwi. The Influence of Learning Environment and Learning Readiness on Learning Outcome of Accounting Productive in Student XI Accounting SMK Negeri 22 Jakarta. Skripsi, Jakarta: Study Program Of Economic Education, Concentration In Accounting Education, Faculty Of Economic, State University of Jakarta. 2018. This study aims to determine the Influence between Learning Learning Environment and Learning Readiness on Learning Outcome of Accounting Productive in Student XI Accounting SMK Negeri 22 Jakarta. The study was conducetd for three months from May to July 2018. The research metdhod used us survey method. The population is affordable in this study are student of class XI Accounting, amounting to 72 students. The sampling technique using proportionate random sampling so that the sample obtained 61 students. The variable data of the learning result is secondary data obtained from daily test scores. While the variable data learning environment and learning readiness derived from the questionnaire by using Likert scale, each of which amounted to 21 points statement. From the analysis requirements test performed, the data stated normal and linear distributed with multiple regression equation Ỹ= 66,807 + 0,085X 1 + 0,065 X 2. Based on the results of data analysis, obtained the value of of F count (7,841) > F table (3,160), so the environment of learning and readiness of learning together affect the learning outcomes. In variable learning environment is known that count (3,245) > t table (2,000) so that Ho hypothesis is rejected. So it can be concluded that part there is a significant influence between the environment of learning and learning outcomes. In variable learning readiness is known that count (2,300) > t table (2,000) so that Ho hypothesis is rejected. So it can be concluded that part there is a significant influence between the readiness of learning with learning outcomes. The amount of influence of learning environment variable and learning readiness simultaneously to the learning result (R 2 ) is 21,3%. R value of 0,461 means a low relationship between learning environment and learning readiness on learning outcomes. Keywords: Learning Environment, Learning Readiness, Learning Outcome
