Abstract

TRI INAYATI. The Influence of Liquidity and Growth to Bonds Rating on the Company Non-Financial Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017. Faculty of Economic State University of Jakarta. 2018. This study aims to determine the effect of the Liquidity and Growth on Bond Ratings on Non-Financial Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017. The method in this study is a quantitative method with descriptive statistics analysis. The data analysis technique used was an ordinal logistic regression. The sampling technique used was random sampling and obtained a sample of 44 companies. In this study, the bond rating (dependent variable) was measured by the ratings given by PT Pefindo. While the independent variable is Liquidity measured by current ratio and Company Growth as measured by sales growth. In the coefficient of determination obtained the Nagelkerke value of 0.153. This shows the Liquidity and Growth of the Company are able to explain 15.3% variation of Bond Rating. Ordinal Logistic Regression Test results show a significant value of the Liquidity variable of 0.547 (> 0.05), while the Company Growth is 0.031 (<0.05). From the results of the study concluded that Liquidity does not have a significant influence on the Bond Rating, while the Company's Growth has a significant influence on the Bond Rating.
