Abstract

DAMAR ERNANDA YUWONO. 8335141634. The Influence of Competence, Work Experience and Professionalism on Audit Quality. Script, Jakarta: Faculty of Economics, State University Of Jakarta. 2018. This study was conducted to find empirical evidence of the influence of competence, work experience and professionalism on audit quality. Factors tested in this research are competence, work experience and professionalism as independent variable while audit quality as dependent variable. This study uses primary data with a sample of auditors who work in Public Accounting Firm South Jakarta area. The sample of this study using Simple Random Sampling method with 52 respondents. This research uses multiple linier regression analysis method to test the hypothesis at 5% significance level. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, it can be concluded that the partial competence and professionalism have a positive and significant impact on audit quality, while work experience has no effect on audit quality. In addition, simultaneously competence, work experience and professionalism have a positive and significant impact on audit quality.
