Abstract

FILDZAH NABILA H. The Influence of Independency, Integrity, Competence, Work Trainings, Leadership Styles, and Financial Compensation On The Quality of Tax Audit Result. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. 2018. This research aims to examine the influence of Independency, Integrity, Competence, Work Trainings, Leadership Styles, and Financial Compensation On The Quality of Tax Audit Result in KPP Madya Jakarta Utara and KPP Madya Jakarta Selatan. The respondents in this research are 74 tax inspectors. This study was using multiple linear regression analysis method and analysed by SPSS 23 software. The result of this research indicate that Independency, Integrity, Work Trainings, and Financial Compensation partially effects on the Quality of Tax Audit Result. While Competence and Leadership Styles have not influence on the Quality of Tax Audit Result. Independent variables of this research are able to explain 59% to the quality of tax audit as a dependent variable.
