Abstract
IMAM. The Influence of Economic Growth, Tax Effort, Human Development Index, Population Amount and Total Area to Allocation of Capital Expenditure Budget of Provincial Government of Indonesia. This study aims to examine the effect of economic growth, tax effort, human development index, population and area of the allocation of capital expenditure of provincial government of Indonesia in 2015-2017. This study uses secondary data with the population of all provinces in Indonesia 2015-2017. In this research, we use purposive sampling method which overall 102 samples choosen. This study used multiple linear regression to test the hypothesis at 5% significance. From the analysis performed ini research results, it can be concluded that economic growth, the number of population and the area affected the allocation of capital expenditure. While tax effort and human development index does not affect the allocation of capital expenditure budget. What determines the allocation of provincial government capital expenditure budget is population, area and economic growth. This is due to the fulfillment of the need for infrastructure facilities in accordance with the population.
