Abstract
Nyoman Agung Swastika, 2018: The Influence of Profitability and Institutional Ownership on Greenhouse Gases Emission Disclosure (Empirical Study on Manufacturing Companies Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2016). Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This research aims to examine the influence of profitability and institutional ownership on greenhouse gases emission disclosure. This research used secondary data with population of manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2014-2016. While the sampling method used was purposive sampling method, which is overall 48 observations chosen in three years. This research used panel data regression analysis method to test the hypothesis at 5% significant and using Eviews Version 8. From the analysis performed in this research, it can be concluded that profitability have positive influence on greenhouse gases emission disclosure. While institutional ownership have not influence on greenhouse gases emission disclosure. Keywords: Greenhouse Gases Emission Disclosure, Profitability, Institutional Ownership
